Sustainable Projects that Make a Difference

In addition to internal care, employing humanized management focused on making our employees aware of the importance of environmental conservation, we have implemented projects and social actions with riverside families in the Amazon and villages of algae-farming families in Paraty and Bahia.

Recently, we connected with an inspiring reforestation project to recover devastated areas. Using soccer, a community in the Amazon aims to encourage local young people to follow their dreams and nurture a connection with nature.

In another region, we met the families of seaweed farmers, who are producers and cultivators of seaweed that provides a natural raw material for sustainable products. We joined this incredible work in a partnership that promotes increased cultivation, investing in the acquisition of machinery and much more.

Christmas Solidarity

We delivered toys to the Bem-te-vi Crescer school,
in Paraná, and other actions aimed at strengthening ties
with the local community.

River community

We sponsor and support an inspiring project in the Amazon
with riverside communities to restore deforested areas
of native forest. Through sport (soccer) local young people are
encouraged to nurture a deeper connection with nature and participate
in reforestation and biodiversity preservation actions.

Families of cotton farmers

In Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, Fortquim supports 34 families of producers
of the seaweed Kappaphycus Alvarezii - the raw material for various
products and research - by providing training and working conditions
suitable for the development of a sustainable productive
market.
